About Mount Barker Service Centre

Mt Barker Service Centre have been in their current location on Lowood Road since July 2003 having moved 'across town' from the workshop where David started his apprenticeship nearly ten years earlier.

Starting at TAFE in 1990 and then gaining work experience for two years gave David the knowledge that mechanics was 'his thing' and when offered an apprenticeship in 1993 he jumped at the opportunity and has not looked back.

He bought the business in 2000 and 3 years later moved it to its current location.

David and Angie Wright have a strong local knowledge of the farming and winery district surrounding Mount Barker David and the team have experience in the machinery and vehicles that make the community run smoothly.
